Not Your Average Girl-PTU
I used PSP9 to make this tag, but it should work in all versions
Supplies Needed
Tubeup and close of choice: I am using 2013Girl by Ismael Rac. You can purchase this tube and many more at his store HERE.

Scrapkit- I am using 2013Girl by Ditzy Dezigns which goes with the 2013Girl tube by Ismael, this scrapkit can be purchased WITH the tube at Ismael's store (Link above)

Lets Get Started!!
Open up your template and Zoom out to 100%
Delete the Info layer
Select the "Raster 2" layer
Select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper11 as a new layer
selections invert, delete.
Select none and delete the raster 2 layer
Select the "Copy of Vector 1" layer
Select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper6 as a new layer
selections invert, delete.
Select none and delete the copy of vector 1 layer
File save as
Before you close your tag in paint shop, make sure you save a backup incase you are offering your tag as a WWO: )
Open up your template and Zoom out to 100%
Delete the Info layer
Select the "Raster 2" layer
Select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper11 as a new layer
selections invert, delete.
Select none and delete the raster 2 layer
Select the "Copy of Vector 1" layer
Select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper6 as a new layer
selections invert, delete.
Select none and delete the copy of vector 1 layer
Select the "Raster 7" layer
Select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper6 as a new layer
selections invert, delete.
Select none and delete the raster 7 layer
Select raster 6
Select all, float and defloat
layers, new raster layer and floodfill with colour of choice
XERO- FRITILLARY with the following settings
Select none and delete the raster 6 layer
Drop shadow of choice
I usually use 2,2,80, 2.50 Black
Repeat the above 2 steps, but change your colour of choice.
Select raster 4
Select all, float and defloat
layers, new raster layer
flood fill with colour of choice
Select None
copy and paste close up as a new layer
layers, duplicate, image mirror
Select raster 4
Select all, float and defloat
Selections invert, and hit delete on both tube layers.
Select None.
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance(L)
and the opacity to 56%
On the raster 4 layer use the following Tramages- Tow the line settings
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize if needed, mirror and position next to the wordart
(see my tag)
Now is time to add embellishments.
I added the grass, and moved it down the bottom of my tube and gave it a drop shadow of -2,-2,80, 5.00 Black
I then copied and paste the rainbow as a new layer, resizing by 50%, rotated right 15 degrees
and drop shadow of 2,2,80,5.00 Black
Now its up to you. I chose to add the cat, dragon, bees and dragonfly, sparkles, rose and cloud, all giving a drop shadow
Select your bottom layer
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer
Layers, Load/save mask, select mask from disc
merge group on mask layer
Select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper6 as a new layer
selections invert, delete.
Select none and delete the raster 7 layer
Select raster 6
Select all, float and defloat
layers, new raster layer and floodfill with colour of choice

I used Pixelade size 10 for my © Information and added a gradient glow
