"Lucky Me" FTU scrapkit- Wendy Gerber
I used PSP9 to make this tag, but it should work in all versions
Animation Shop
Supplies Needed
Tubeup and close- of choice: I used a tube called Patty by Wendy Gerber, you can purchase her art from Artistically Inclined Licensing.
Please note you must have a license to use any art purchased from Artistically Inclined Licensing
Scrapkit- I used a FTU scrapkit called Lucky Me by Kittz Kreationz. This kit can be found under february 2012 on her blog.
Mask- I used mask masksp02 from Uchy which can be found on the Creative Misfits Creations Blog HERE. They can be found under February 2012

Lets Get Started!!
Open up a new image 600 x 600
Copy and paste a paper of choice, resize 75%
Layers, Load/save mask, load mask from disk
Select mask, click okay
On the layers palette, merge group
Copy and paste LM-35 as a new layer and resize by 70%
Magic wand inside, selections, modify, expand by 10
Copy and paste paper as a new layer
selections, invert and hit delete, select none
Magic wand inside of LM-35 again, selections, modify, expand by 10
Copy and paste close up tube of choice as a new layer
selections, invert and hit delete, select none
Drop shadow 2,2,80,5.00 Black
Select LM-35, duplicate twice for a total of 3 layers
On the orginal layer, Effects, plugins, DSB Flux- Bright noise with the following settings
select the copy and repeat the above settings, but click on mix 1 time
select the 2nd copy, repeat above settings and click on mix 2 times
Hide the 2 duplicate layers for now.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
position to the left side of your tag
Open up LM-24, LM-42, LM-71
Resize LM-24 by 80% and copy and paste as a new layer, move to the right side of your tag
copy and paste LM-42 as a new layer, resize by 50% and position on top of LM-24
Copy and paste LM-71 as a new layer and move to below to frame but above the closeup tube.
copy and paste ribbon and cupcake of choice,
Copy and paste any other elements of choice and resize if needed.
Add your text of choice and ©Information
crop if need
Open up a new image 600 x 600

crop if need
Open up animation shop
In psp, make sure the duplicate layers are hidden, edit, copy merged
Paste as a new animation in animation shop
back to psp, hide the first frame and unhide the 1st duplicate
edit, copy merged
paste after current animation in animation shop
back to psp, hide the first duplicate layer and unhide the 2nd duplicate
edit, copy merged
paste after current animation in animation shop
In animation shop
File, save as
and follow the prompts to save your tag.
Before you close your tag in paint shop, make sure you save a backup incase you are offering your tag as a WWO: )
and your done..
